"Welcome to Montana" - those were the first words I heard from the woman sitting next to me on my flight from Arizona. The year was 2003, and since then I have embraced every moment of my time in this state.
As with so many people who come here, I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to live the rest of my life. There is so much I have learned to appreciate about Montana: its beautiful scenery, crisp clean air, amazingly starry nights, kind-hearted people - and of course, the endless outdoor activities.
